Chile, this was a strange one since we did not stay in Ruca Chalhuafe, but in a chalet near Petrohue Lodge, It was fine but was cramped /and small, and would have been really awesome, if the whole chalet was made available...
It rained heavily, the first days and made for tough fishing, we did get some browns and rainbows but nothing large. I must be honest, the volcano ash from 2 / 3 years ago is still a factor, we had 10 inch trout chasing 4 inch flies, the system in my view, has very little food for the fish which have survived the ash. We probably landed more salmon than trout.

We fished some side streams and there we landed some monster salmon, from around we guess 10 kg to close on 30 kg, some of the busses measured 1200mm in length , I have attached some photos.
